Lots of improvements in vaping - vape shops still annoying!

What it boils down to is employee turn over. When all's said and done, working in a vape shop is a retail sales job; and those jobs don't pay well.

I do too. Hadaly is a great vape. I think it was I who highly recommended it to you. But lately, I just find myself migrating back to the Stumpy. I was lucky enough to get a 3rd Stumpy, a couple months ago. I was offered the opportunity to buy a mod by someone who was giving up vaping entirely...

I don't use the Hadaly's much, nowadays. I did for a time. You do have to be careful about over squonking them. These days, I primarily use O-16s or Stumpys. I still think the Stumpy is one of the best attys ever made.

Lots of improvements in vaping - vape shops still annoying!

I'm grateful for local vape shops, just for the purpose of keeping Mrs Rule's gear working. It's sometimes embarrassing, but even after 6 1/2 years or so of vaping, I know next to nothing about regulated mods. I've always used mechanicals, and for the past 3 years or so, it's been mechanical...

I didn't bother with the Psyclone Kryten; but I do have 3 Hadalys. Psyclone has a new atty in the works. I think it's called the Entheon. It's not officially out yet; but there are a few Betas around. I don't know what the difference is between it and the Hadaly.

Lots of improvements in vaping - vape shops still annoying!

I have no idea how this became the business model; but it is what it is. I know people who will go to the local vape shop, and hang out for hours. Sometimes, they will make the rounds, like we used to do when bar hopping.

Lots of improvements in vaping - vape shops still annoying!

Most of the vape shops, in my neck of the woods anyway, are more like bars or cigar lounges. Big stuffed chairs, sofas, tvs, even video game consoles, sometimes.

How long do RDA coils last

I don't think I've ever had to scrap and redo a coil. Sometimes, I'll get an idea of something I want to try, so I'll change out a coil. But otherwise, they stay good for a long time. I have coils in attys that are probably over a year old. But I'll change out my cotton wick often. When I change...

    Pay to vape?

There aren't as many as there used to be. But there are meets. Back a couple years ago, when new shops were opening up almost weekly, there were a lot of 'Grand opening' meet ups, generally sponsored by the shop. We have them over here on the Space Coast too. Various shops are always sponsoring...

    Welcome back Reosmods!

Yay! Everybody grab a broom, and we'll get the cobwebs cleaned up in a jiffy.

    Pay to vape?

Lots of shops over there in the Orlando area. I used to get to vape meets over there, once in a while. We probably know some of the same people.

Great atty! One of my favorites, and looks great on the REO Grand. I don't know who has he authentics in stock though.

    Pay to vape?

It's pretty much the same here in central Fl. The stores in my area aren't really enforcing much of anything, other than age checking. Most just have a penny bowl sitting on a counter, supposedly for sampling donations.

    Pay to vape?

Some of the shops in my area are donating the sample money to advocacy.

Beautiful shaving brush! I remember my dad using one when I was a little kid.

    Frustrated with regulated mods !

I have no answer for why the flavor is different. But I'm stuck on mechanicals not being pocket friendly. I don't understand. As long as the mod has a way to lock the power button, which many mech mods do, I don't get how they are less pocket friendly than regulated mods.

Still like my mechanical mod the best

Having one juice is great, if you've found one you like. Lots of people only use one particular juice. Personally, I have several I like, depending on my mood. I usually rotate among 4. I vape only one way, however, whether I'm home or away. I've been using mechanical squonkers for about 3 1/2...

Where are people getting the silicone bottles? I've been using the soft bottles from the REO site. But I'm curious about the silicone. But not curious enough to spend $25 or $30 per bottle, when I have about 15 mods.

    REO Technical Issues/Shop Talk

Off topic, but I lived and worked around Syracuse for many years. My daughter and her family live there. I get up there a couple times a year.
