    when i started i used 36mg as time goes by i lowered to 24 mg than 12 mg and presently under 10mg..1-2 ml to today 4 ml of e-liquids per day,so really i still on 40+ mg per day of nicotine but i vape non stop,now in my 2nd year as a vaper..happy vaping every1;)
