To dump spent juice, or not to dump spent juice? That is the question.
I normally refill anything I have when it gets under the 1/4 mark. After a few fills I will vape it down to the last drop or when it starts to taste burnt or crappy and rinse and rebuild and refill- cerver7

I don't have either but if the guy says hold for the picc then that's what you should do. IMO. -

Smok Pyrex Glass DCT vs The Rest
Phiniac tanks are the strongest out of my collection. The act Pyrex is a bit thinner and not as dense. IBTanked are also very nice. Kanger protank is the closest to Phiniac out of mine. Just as thick and feels as sturdy. Ymmv- cerver7

Have to disagree on this one. But to each his own. To OP, take the battery out, take a qtip and clean the pin inside where the positive head of the battery goes. 90% of the time it's just funky from dust and dirt. Should take care of it.- cerver7
