I've been using 24 gauge titanium wire for almost a month and have to say it is the best vape I've had so far. I'm doing 6 wrap of cleaned ti wire spaced around a 3mm screw and has just been incredible! I'm using my trusty kayfun lite . I even went back to my normal clapton kanthal and just... -

Maybe you should clean it before straighten it. When you straighten it then clean it I dont think you are cleaning it good enough from the twisting of the drill. I use unkamen and has no taste at all. -

Micro coil . I first have it in power mode at 7 watts and pulse it to heat up coil then pinch with tweezers till it glows inside out. Then wick it and set the resistance works great. -

I think depending on device but if you have a titanium setting I am running it at 420 deg. Just rewrapped with 6 wrap and now it's .25 at 400 deg 30 watts very nice vape. -

Ok things seem to be getting better with this twisted 28. Just recoiled with 6 wrap brought it down to .25 ohms with 30 jewels at 410 deg I think I'm getting warmer ! -

Swoods try twisted 28 from unk. I have the same wire twisted with 7 wrap and reads about .35 at 40 jewel on my ipv d2! Ohms jumps up to .59 after I lock in at .35 but otherwise a really nice warm ish vape. -
