Could be e-liquids too - the ProTank supposedly struggles a little with high VG liquids if you don't pull a flavour wick (can't say for sure though, I'm using 70/30's in mine - flavour wicks are better in than out).
Actually, in his 2013 review, Grim loved the ProTank 2 - when he found he could recoil it, he loved it even more - his 'rant' is a response to the emails he's been getting from fans, not as far as I can see a reflection on his own personal experiences (heck, I doubt he even uses a ProTank any...
And that is exactly what the problem is - why is Suzaz' husband getting a great vape but not her? Why has peltron had out-of-the-box issues and not CodyWilly?
Most of the 'vets' that follow GG aren't going to be emailing him asking why their ProTank isn't working - it's most likely people...
I can't comment since I haven't used the Aspire, but as previously mentioned, Grimmgreen's criticism was of the ProTank, iClear and Aspire since it's clear from the comments he receives that users are having problems with all of them.
I wouldn't say the MVP is 'far' superior but it supposedly punches a little harder than the VV3 - I believe (could be wrong here) that it has a higher amp limit than the VV3 based on the tests pbursado did (he described the VV3 as 'a little anaemic') - overall the MVP seems to have less drop-off...
Whilst it may be true that standards may have dropped, I don't think that's it - the ProTank is an incredibly simple hunk of metal and glass and provided it doesn't leak, that the head fits and actually fires when you hit the button, there's nothing physically wrong with it - there's not much to...
I guess that's the problem - with the huge range of PVs/APVs out there, plus thousands of different juices in different PG/VG ratios, plus a variable amount of technical knowledge of how a topper works, how can someone be sure to get a great vape out of what they buy?
When I first got my PT2 I...
Actually, he complained about the Aspire heads too - there's two issues at work - quality control is lacking on replacement heads (many vapers here are used to stock heads being hit-and-miss which is why they build their own) and support/information - watch a number of pbursado videos and you'll...
Yes - Nick's just responding to a lot of the email questions he's getting which would indicate that a number of his followers are having problems with clearos. There's tons of new vapers joining us every day that naturally gravitate to clearos since they seem pretty simple (put the head in, fill...
I think you're probably right but that's maybe an indicator that Kanger and co. need to up their game in terms of quality control on heads and in better documentation to help the ever-increasing amount of new vapers that gravitate towards Kanger (and Innokin etc.) products.
Actually, he condemned the Innokin and Aspire clearos too - his real point is that a lot of people (newbies?) are having problems with clearos and Kanger, Innokin et al need to do something about it - can't say I disagree :)
Thank you Kristin for your and all of CASAA's efforts on behalf of the vaping community. Please can you hook up with the saveecigs.com people over this: TPD timeline, what happens next and what we vapers can do… so that EU CASAA members have a clearer picture of what they can do (and when they...
