Cloud 9 Vaping is an official UK distributor - and yes, by all accounts they're one of the best toppers you can get at the moment for the ProVari (or any APV).
The Nautilus looks like a good tank but for that kind of price (plus the cost of the attys) I'd rather save up for a genuine KFL+ or Russian 91% - hate paying for attys when it takes so little time (and money) to rebuild some of the RBAs out there...
Something else Ms. Milov fails to mention is that there's many, many American e-liquid companies creating their own liquids using USP-grade PG/VG and nicotine - I can't see why a massive uptake in vaping shouldn't benefit those US tobacco farmers since all that nicotine has to come from...
Both the Innokin iTaste VV3 and MVP 2.0 run at a higher PWM like the ProVari (800hz?) and don't exhibit the 'rattlesnake' effect - not sure why more vendors (including Innokin themselves) don't do this.
*Edit* Oh, and the iTaste VTR runs at 66hz.
The 16b is airy but generates a *lot* of vapour (at least, from the 70/30 liquid I'm using atm - with 100% VG it's probably a smoke machine :D) - I can't do mouth hits with it (draw is too loose) but a throat inhale is really nice. It's 1.8 ohms and I run it at 8 watts - it provides a pretty...
I'm using a PT2 with 70/30 PG/VG - atty is 2.3 ohms, volts is 4.2/7.5 watts.
I get gurgling if I fill the tank too much or let it drain - it seems happiest between 2/3 full and 1/3 full.
I plan on rebuilding the head soon though - possibly with cotton since it does seem rather finicky.
Also, be careful when you fill the tank - e-liquid can sometimes drip into the air channels either side of the fill hole - I usually hold the tank up and blow through the mouthpiece when I fill it to make sure the airway is clear.
Isn't the Sigelei a PWM device though? One of the reasons I opted for the MVP was that it has a flat DC signal, same as the ProVari (and the iTaste VV3) - I looked at the Innokin VTR too but again (for some reason) that's PWM.
The only thing the MVP has going against it (unless you see the...
Thanks djs! I think my biggest gripe with GS is actually the postage - £4.55 for recorded delivery is taking the piss a bit considering the cost of their cartos - they do have a semi-permanent (from what I can tell) £6 discount code (karenuk) but even so, 5 cartos still comes to £9.52 at their...
Hey djsvapour :)
Having finished my initial packs of GS cartos and picked up some more vaping gear (eRoll, MVP2+PT2), I will say I still really enjoy the Green Smokes - particularly the Red Label flavour and I fully intend to pick up some more cartos at some point (my bank account's still...
It took me two days but 100% I think this is the best way to switch - smoke the cheapest, foulest tobacco you can find for a few days (or weeks) and then start vaping - it'll be heavenly in comparison :D
This is a good starter kit to get you going - the vendor has some pretty decent prices too (just got my Innokin MVP2 from there) - all there stock is genuine Kanger, Innokin etc. too - they have a range of e-liquids to choose from too (mostly Dekang - I'm vaping the RY4 at the moment :))
*waves to a fellow Brit*
Hi Thomas! The MVP is pretty sweet eh? I got mine yesterday and have been happily vaping a ProTank full of RY4 all day today :)
Congratz on the one month anniversary - I think I'm up to about that now (with a 2-day slip-up thanks to running out of e-liquid) - have you...
