    Debadoo, now that I think about it, the manual ~might~ not have the password for that specific printer, but could point you to where it is in the menus... likely, the pwd is different on each printer... it'll be something arcane, like 34D5F6LF29 or some such...

    Yes'm... most, if not all, devices these days come with scant printed documentation, usually just a 'quick start' guide... the detailed docs are normally in a PDF file on the CD.

    The printer has it's own password, that's probably what it's asking for. You'll have to find it either in the printer docs (or driver CD), or play with the printer menus 'til you find it - look under the WiFi section. I ran into the same problem with a customer's printer just a few weeks ago...
