    Keeping the nicotine, preventing headaches...?

    Are you using a RBA? I ask that is because using low ohm coils on RBA's tend to feel like double the amount of nicotine the bottle says. I was fine before with 12mg in carto tanks but after using RBA's, it is too much for me to handle which makes me step down my nic level.

    VAMO not showing correct Ohms?

    This happens with me as well. Some of the coils i build reads at 6+ ohms and when i check it a few more times, the ohms are jumping around all over the place.

    With mechanicals/hybrids, you adjust your ohm instead of adjust volts or watts. Stronger, hotter TH build a lower ohm coil. Want lots of vapor with a smoth TH build a low ohm coil with plenty of airflow and direct the airflow towards to the coil(s).

    I don't think 3ml is enough (for me at least). When I quit cigarettes, I was vaping 18mg nic then dropped to 12mg because I was getting "light-headed". Try getting a bigger tank to satisfy your needs.

    White rabbit tastes like some Chinese medicinal pills to me which is a no-no to me... That's was the sample I got... I tried to vape more of it and I got a hint of burnt coconut but that's the only good flavor I got out of white rabbit.

I think it all depends on if you want VV, VW, or MM and also if you're gonna use a atty, Carto, carto-tank, RBA, RBTA, or clearo. There are so many mix and match stuff, its hard to find the best.
