Don't want to get too far off topic, but changing the carto is easy. If you have a syringe drain the tank through the fill hole and just set the syringe aside. You can use it to fill it back up. Then just push the carto and orings out (they come out with it). Put the bottom o ring around the new...
I actually sold all my vaping stuff the other day. I had worked myself down to a mix of 6mg and 0mg juice so I figured it was time to stop. Wrong. Lol, ordered a new Provari yesterday and some 0 nic juices. I've found with the 0 nic juices that the flavor profiles are just different. Some juices...
I wouldn't have any problem with them including a business card with a shortened URL to an online manual. But do something. Don't make people do the legwork to find it.
Nice. Hopefully I'll have mine by the end of the week then! Is their free shipping method USPS and did they send you tracking info?
I got my V2 used in the classifieds so this is my first order from Provape.
Also, thanks for the info.
Just ordered a mini for carrying around on a daily basis. The standard V2 is just a tad too big to carry comfortably for me. Hopefully the 18350 will get me through a full work day.
Can't wait. Pretty sure between the mini and full size most of my other PVs will be collecting dust.
Use good batteries (I use AW IMR), a good charger (I use Pila), and a protected APV and your device will probably be as likely to explode or start a fire as your cell phone, laptop, or electric toothbrush (all of those devices have been documented to fail spectacularly though). If you don't do...
On my VV devices I use Boge SR cartos almost exclusively. I find the SR allows me to use the full range of voltages on almost all devices without worrying about various amp/wattage limits or carto life.
On 3.7v mechanical mods, I use Boge LR cartos almost exclusively.
In both cases they are...
I ordered 4 of these with button top for use in my Provari. They are about a mm taller than the AW IMR 2000mAh, but they fit in the Provari just fine. Getting the end cap on is still easy and I don't think they are really straining the spring or anything like that. I am getting some slightly...
I'm strictly basing my comments off pbusardo's review.
I do have one coming from a co-op I'm in, but I don't know when I'll actually be getting it to test it out.
There have been a couple of people earlier in this thread and others that have said vaping in the 3v range on the VMax feels like...
It's not that it's not accurate. It's displaying an accurate average voltage, but it seems that the peak is much higher than the setting. So in the review you saw the pulse use a high of 9v and a low of 1v pulses to average a 3v vape.
Not necessarily a problem if you're aware of it and make...
Anyone know who has the best price and currently in stock Chrome (standard chrome, not stainless) LT's in stock for the best price? Volcano is the only place I've found that has them in stock, but the price is meh.
I usually upload my pics to a 3rd party service (in this case Photobucket) and then share it on various forums. It saves the forum bandwidth and storage space and it also allows you to easily share an image across multiple forums with only 1 upload.
There are always these: CGR18650CH Panasonic 18650 Li-Mn-Li-ion CGR18650CH High Drain 10A Rechargeable IMR Hybrid Battery Cell
Panasonic 2250mAh IMR's. People are saying good things about them here...
IMO it sounds like the IMR battery did exactly what it's supposed to do. It vented, but it didn't forcefully explode. If anything I think this is a positive real world case for 'safe chemistry' batteries. What if the failed battery had been a standard unprotected Li-ion or a protected Li-ion...
The V-Max does look very interesting. However as of right now a Provari is only $31 more. If I was in the market for a new PV I'd get the Provari just because their current track record and reputation would be worth the $31 to me.
While every PV does have issues the current big names that have...
Got a few weird looks on a crowded beach, but I wasn't not going to vape during my perfect beach day!
Anyone else use their Provari in out of the ordinary places?
I just had to do this on mine. It took me literally 30 seconds with my leatherman pliers. I just put it in the pliers, lined it up, pressed down and turned. It's in there pretty solid now. No biggy.
