    Have you been sucessful at reducing your nicotine usage?

    Not successful at all. My wife and I started at 36mg DIY and a month later she said she wanted to cut it in half. I cut it for both of us, she does well with it but I just about crawled out of my skin by the end of the first day. I'm still at 36 and she's at 18 after 2 months.

    Actually, so far the only thing I have upgraded was my clearo - to a Vision Vivi Nova, it sits nicely on my Twist and holds enough juice for most of a day. ...and I didn't need an excuse :)

    I just got an order of Menthol juice and some Extreme Ice flavoring from MBV. Their Menthol is the best I have tasted and this morning I put 1 drop of Extreme Ice per ml in my Vivi Nova and I couldn't be happier.

    I know EXACTLY what you speak of. I'm an insurance agent and talk to people all day long on the phone. There are times when I meet someone face to face for the first time and I think "What the....??", and other times it's like we have met in person a thousand times...
