    Regardles of weather or not these "studies" hold any weight, once they hit the media they are reported as "the truth". Just yesterday the guys on the morning talk show I listen to on the radio cited the BS french study and were reporting it as if it were gospel.

    It was "that easy" for my wife too. For me, not so much, but I wanted to quit so I struggled with it and finally stopped one day. It was a Christmas present to myself (2012). For the first time in over 35 years I am a non smoker.

    Yes, an eGo 1100 twist with a tank (I like the Vivi Nova) will last me all day long. I am a heavy(ish) vaper using about 4 ml per day.
