    I've been 1 month off of 1 1/2 PAD menthols. I haven't coughed up a bunch of stuff all at once, just a little every morning. I don't particularly "feel better" per se, but I can taste and smell things that I don't ever remember tasting or smelling.

    You might go down to the local Walmart and pick up some Vegetable Glycerin and a food flavoring (not with oils) and maybe some distilled water to thin the VG. Put about 10% flavor in the VG and vape away. It will help get you through without using nic blends.
