Most cost-effective way to vape?
For me it's really easy. I have started with single flavors so I don't get overwhealmed and have recently tried a couple of 2 flavor mixes that turned out OK. For some people DIY is not the way to go, too stressful, too hard. If you are on a tight budget I would recommend you at least try...- Ken62

Good CHEAP E-juices and suppliers?
Like Steviou said earlier in this thread, the cheapest way is to mix your own juices. I have yet to buy a flavored juice, a month ago I spent less than $50 on nic juice, VG and a couple of flavors and I still have about 70% of my stock left.
