    Rachy, It sucks that life gets in the way of us quitting the nasty habit easily. Look at it this way, you had your vape gear to eventually fall back on. Those who go cold turkey would probably have not stopped at 4 cigs. Good luck with the data :)

    Agree that cartos need filling more often. That being said, I vape a strong cinnamon with an XL carto that holds 1.6ml and the only problem is that they get gunked up and need to be boiled clean after a few refills.
