Local B&M Took Care Of Me

I have a great B & M store close to me in the UK and I usually pop down their for a chat more than anything with the guys behind the counter most lunch times from work. They are a great bunch of guys and know their stuff. Was in their the other day when my istick 20w crapped out on me so picked...

    KangerTech SUBTANK Mini

Just picked up my Sub Tank Mini from a local vape store today. All I can say is wow, using the 0.5ohm OCC head that was in it, loaded it up with my 50/50 plum fresh and it has blown the back of my head off !! and that's only at 12watts on my iStick 30w. Using the smallest air hole I can do...

    Next stage up from ego's

I have the 30w iStick, waiting on vape mail for my 50w iStick. I started with the 20w which was my step up from an ego battery and it was good but the 30w is miles better. Great threading on the 510 connector, spring loaded center pin and plenty of power in a small little box good power...

Rebuilding the kanger heads to vertical is not actually that difficult, just a little more time consuming. I use the EMOW Mega tanks and re-build the enclosed dual coils to single vertical wrapped with japanese cotton. A great vape in my opinion. I posted a tutorial on how to re-build here if...

should I replace my iStick or my Kanger Tanks?

I had an istick 20w and use the Emow tanks, I found that rebuilding the stock dual coils to a vertical single coil with japanese cotton meant that I could run my setup at about 12w on the iStick 20w no problem. I have just picked up the 30w iStick because the threads on my 20w where getting a...

    Alternative coil options for PT3

Totally agree with Mac above, best way is to build your own coils. I have been doing this myself with great success. Now using the EMOW Mega tanks with re-built vertical coil's which didn't take me long to master and the vape is amazing. Here is a post I did on how to build a vertical coil...

Because the 20w was tuned to MEAN using pulse with modulation which meant that the displayed volts was lower than the outputted volts. The 30w and 50w is tuned to RMS and uses a flat DC so the reading in the stick is correct. Google Todds ecigg reviews and he has tested it on the scope.

    Best clearo for istick 30w

Just picked up my 30w Istick today, been using the 20w since they first came out. I use the Kanger EMOW Mega tanks and re-build the coils to a vertical coil. In my opinion a great vape

Just picked up my iStick 30w from a local B & M store today. Whilst I was happy with my 20w iStick I must admit the improvements are very good. The treading is nice and smooth and with the adjustable pin no more prying up the pin when it gets to squashed down. Certainly notice the difference...

Rebuild Upgraded Kanger Dual Coil to a Single Vertical Coil

Hi all I am glad that my thread has helped and inspired other vapours in getting the best vape experience possible by using this method and experimenting with various builds to suit your needs. I am still using my emow mega with my own bvc build and it is still extremely satisfying my vaping...

    Best place to buy?

Rebuilding is actually easier than it looks. You don't need a blow torch, I started off using a cheap wind proof lighter that I got from my local pound store. If you are going through coils every 2 days I would thing it best to have a go at rebuilding. If not I think somewhere like fastech that...

    Best place to buy?

Prices will vary, online would be cheaper, Google it I am sure you can get a good price somewhere, sorry I am in the UK so. It sure about prices or where in the states. An even cheaper option is to rebuild them yourself. Once you have your kanthal and cotton I think it works out at a few cents...

    BDC into BVC?

Depending on the tank and coil you might be able to rebuild the BDC to a bvc. I do this with the new enclosed kanger coils that are dual coil. I rip it out and build my own vertical single micro coil wicked with Japanese cotton and it is an amazing vape.

    Does rebuilding coils save money?

In regards to the stock coils for kanger tanks not only does it save money but in my view my vaping experience is better building my own coils and wicking with Japanese cotton

It is easy to rebuild the kanger coils to a vertical coil. I do it on all five of my emow mega tanks. The vape is very good as long as you have decent airflow.
