I sure would love to have an IS version, but I'm holding out to buy another and bigger lens, IE: 500L, or a 600L or if I am extremely Lucky and good an 800L. I do a lot of Eagle photography, so I would absolutely benefit from a 600...

    Thank you junkman! :) I have been blessed with extremely Steady hands, so even with an f5.6 400 mm. lens and a shutter speed of 1/80th. of a second without a Tripod I was LUCKY enough to pull it off. :) GPR
