Exactly what I did......I used the sprayer by the kitchen sink, put the water on hot and full throttle, held it with the plier and sprayed away...........works like new for me......usuable and clean again. I don't know how many times this will work but the first time cleaning, it worked...- sandyk

I agree..jeez..they are so incompetent....our great USPS. One of the supervisors lives across the street from me...they must pay him alot of bucks to live in our neighborhood....so I think maybe the USPS is really screwed up.... Hey morph, what do ya think of our Tigers...jeez...another...- sandyk

Nope, never tried that kind of machine. Today they just work on stretching, strengthening and sit down bike machine. Jeez, I got a stationary bike at home that I use about 20 minutes a day.....they had me do 5 minutes...told them, but they got their agenda..........don't need a bike...- sandyk

Started PT yesterday and today. Seriously, I am not a fan of it. Was in the hospital 10 years ago and did nothing for me there. Only when I started home PT did I find progress.
