    My bank is actually kind of awesome, I could, theoretically, wait 'til after 5PM tomorrow and then overdraft my account and I won't get charged for it unless the money isn't there by the next day. I try not to abuse that knowledge though.

    IMO--- Citrus tends to dull down and meld with steeping. It's kind of prominent in 'fresh' juice and dulls down/mixes in as it ages.
