The years must be catching up on me.

I had a clerk earlier today looking all over his desk looking for his ink pen....before I politely informed him it was in his hand. He was in his mid 20's my guess. We all have our moments!

In the world of REO, that we merely live in, I once knew there was more! What else are we into?

Rofl yeah that's a pretty strong flavor that can beat guinness. But that's why my wife likes them. They all taste like fruit no beer flavor at all. Other brands of lambic beers aren't like that it's the sweetening process they use there.

Yeah it's very strong flavored. Although there's a bar near me that mixes it with Hooegarden (sp?) And calls it berries and cream. Mixed that way it's actually pretty good.

I still have my favorites that I buy because no matter how close I get to making a copy it's just never quite the same. Probably the water they use being different. But yeah it's fun and in the end you get beer! Doesn't get much better then that! lol Well I'm off to bed. Got me started talking...

Yeah brewing is most definitely a art that is slowly perfected. Patience and working up through different variations of brewing teaches you a lot about what each stage does. You can learn a lot from drinking different kinds but making different kinds then modifying the recipes to find out what...

We can buy them here from Wyeast. Not sure they would survive the trip to you. But you might check if there are any breweries near you that make a lambic. I have two breweries near me that will give me yeast skim's. They tell me what day to be there and I bring a big mason jar sanitized and...

Lol that would probably be a good plan. Maybe she can watch for me and I can end up with a fantastic Christmas present. Although our 2nd daughter is due Jan 2nd so if she's a few days early I might get the best Christmas present ever! She had our first daughter 6 days before my b-day I told her...

Mine doesn't like beer either but she knows me well enough to know I'd like doing it so she bought my first starter kit. Lol and she got me my first e-cig.....wow she really is the best woman ever! lol. Now if she'd only known how much more I would spend once she got them for me she might have...

Heheh yeah all grain is the way to go for full control over your end product. Yeah I took a break from brewing for a few years but now that I own my truck I schedule my home time around my brew schedule. And I have a wonderful wife who checks on my airlocks while I'm away. She had to cleanup and...

Lol next time I'm home I'll take pics of the setup it's not as fancy as some of the guys I know. I have a friend with a fully automated system. But I have probably about $1500 in my setup. Check out this forum. I'm on there as much as here. Home Brew Talk - Home Brew forums, news, articles...

In the world of REO, that we merely live in, I once knew there was more! What else are we into?

I don't have many of my photo's to post from this PC but I'll tell what I can. My job keeps me pretty busy (see avatar). But when I'm home it's family time first and beer brewing second. I brew all my own beer. More because I like to experiment then drink although my friends love the benefit of...

I'm determined to get a stabilized from someone. I really want Karen's green one. I'd pay an astronomical amount for it or one very similar.

No offense but that's why I avoid apple! Way to costly for what you get and they chuck a new version out every other month it seems. At least Android can be updated easily to a certain extent.

I got there to late but not really interested in more grands unless they are a super good deal. That VV you got was a great deal. And you about gave me a stroke earlier when you posted that Bogger. I refreshed right as you made the first post with it and all I read was stabilized before I had it...
