Yeah as above quite a few differences in how it behaves although as you said you can achieve similar results all the way across the board. 28 gauge to me is the most versatile. For instance to get sub ohm or even around the 1.1 to 1.2 ohm range with 30 gauge I have to use a dual coil. If not the... -

I can honestly say ceramic is the one wick material I always wanted to try but never got any to try and really don't know where to get it. It sounds good in theory but honestly cotton took me a bit to figure out the right amount and once I did it works great! And I don't notice any material lost... -

Most of us use sterile or organic cotton. As for how to put the cotton there are several different methods. I use a small piece threaded through. To much cotton and that's all you'll taste. To little and you have to squonk more. Whatever you do don't block the feed hole or you can actually flood...
