Do I need to clean the coils on a pro tank mini II every time I add a different ejuice?

Yes, that's pretty common. People say to remove some of the flavour wick, but if it results in flooding you need to put some or all of it back in. Try turning the rubber cap upside down first. Some people remove it completely however this can result in flooding too, though it's not so likely...

Do I need to clean the coils on a pro tank mini II every time I add a different ejuice?

You should get bags of flavour and vapour at 6.5 watts. There's a few reasons why you may not: * Coil is gunked up and crusty - affects how much vapour is produced, dry burn will fix it * Juice is not wicking - Thin the juice, or put it in a warm place for a while * Bad contacts - I've been...

Do I need to clean the coils on a pro tank mini II every time I add a different ejuice?

. I think 5 minutes is probably plenty. I put all my used heads in a pan of water and bring to a rolling boil, then turn it down to a slow boil for about 5 or 10 minutes. I then lay them out on paper towel to dry before dry burning next day. I normally do this once every few months, or...

Do I need to clean the coils on a pro tank mini II every time I add a different ejuice?

You need to wash again after the dry burn, otherwise it tastes like ash. If you boil instead of wash, and air dry instead of trying to burn wet, the results are much better - even better than the new coil in some cases because there's hardly any nasties left from manufacturing.

Do I need to clean the coils on a pro tank mini II every time I add a different ejuice?

Do Kanger still put the little card in with the Protank 2? I has voltage recommendations for different resistances, and they normally work out to about 6.5 watts. P x R = V^2, so 6.5 x 1.8 = 3.4V, almost as low as you can go on the spinner. You will notice that you can turn the power up...

All good advice as usual Bill. Reminds me of the video, which hasn't had a run for a little while:

That one recurred to me also. Is there some similarity in the tune? (Mrs F is asleep a few meters away, I can't turn it up above a murmur).

    Kanger Evod starter kit issue

The charger may not be charging the batteries. "Evod starter kit" doesn't give us much idea what the batteries are but they are probably some kind of clone of the Joytech ego batteries. Can you show us a link? It seems unlikely that you've got three dud batteries - it would seem to be the...

I thought that Fasttech had a Vamo V5 starter kit but I appears I was mistaken. I might have been confused with the coloured V2 vamos (anodised aluminium so they'd be very light) $28.11 Vamo V2 Variable Voltage Mod / E-Cigarette Battery Compartment - purple / VV / VW / aluminium alloy at...

Could be the "sizing" used during manufacture (I'm just learning about this stuff). Most fibers that are spun/woven/braided probably have some sizing applied during manufacture. This does things like prevent the take-up of moisture and lubrication to prevent jams and breakage. The sizing is...

Yes Kanger put a little card in with the BCC with voltage recommendations that work out to about 6.5 watts. They produce plenty of vapour at this power and are very economical with battery power and juice, but take a little while to get up to temperature. It's the nature of the beast. People...

Bugger, sorry. I had it in my head you were using a CE5. In that case, yes it still needs the cap, for much the same reason. Having said that, the fitup on Kanger heads is much better than CE5/Vivi so some people turn the cap upside down so it doesn't press on the wicks, or take it...

I was in the park with Fergus on our daily walk a few weeks ago. Some little kids came up to see Fergus (one was about 5 or 6). Me: Say hello to Fergus nicely Kid: "What's his name?" Fergus! "Is he a boy or a girl?" He's a boy. "Is he a good boy?" Yes he's a very good boy "Why is he a good...

It stays on, because it seals the mouthpiece to the center stem. It will probably leak if you take it off. The edge of the rubber cap can push on the wicks, curring them off a bit. Most of us that used Vivis and CE5s a lot used to notch the cap so it didn't press on the wicks. You don't need...

Congrats guys. Just passed six months myself, it's a huge milestone and you deserve the MVP. I'm lusting after a Reo + reomiser myself. Maybe for my 12 month vaperversary... I'm about to order 5 of the BCC clone type devices including the Dbox puritank from Fasttech and give them a go. I'll...

how many tanks do you consume a day

If you're only vaping 8mg/ml then that's like an ultra light cigarette. Marlborough lights aren't that light. A better fit might be 12 - 18 mg/ml liquid. Having said that, 2 tanks is maybe 5 - 6 ml per day which isn't that bad. You will find that as time goes by you will need to vape less...
