ECF doesn't requote a quote, and since I made the numbers and text a quote... I've seen the 134 suggested for self defense, never seen it suggested that it was pretty. I'm with you on the features too - it just seems they've half done the job. I most often finish up on half watts for some...

clearomizer vs tank taste newb question

VG is a lot thicker than PG, yes. Thick juices can wick slower, especially on top coil devices. Try adding a few drops of water to thin it a bit, an put it in a warm place. If it starts off OK and then dry hits when you chain vape, this might indicate a wicking problem.

clearomizer vs tank taste newb question

Is this the VV revolver, or the fixed voltage? You need to find out what voltage it is putting out if so. It's possible that your question equates to the same as the OP's In any case, going to a coils with lower resistance (ohms) would not solve a burning problem in this case. I think you...

I think you've already figured it out, but just to confirm - 12 months to the best of my knowledge. This is mainly because of the VG, which is not as stable as PG. PG on it's own will last 2 years at a rather warm 40C (104F). If it's PG/VG and has got food flavourings in it though, all...

I had a day recoiling today. The vape box is now full of working consumables but I learnt an important lesson - treat silica wick as fiberglass. I use a 3 mm silica with a *really* fine fibre. When you're cleaning up all the trimmings it's vitally important to wash your hands. I made a...

I tend to have the opposite affect. Electronics start to work correctly when I turn them on. Mrs F has been having trouble with her computer, every time she turns it on it fails to boot. Works for me every time, first time. I do have a weird thing with street lamps though - I can't go...

Just a thought, but CE5 heads are almost exactly the same as Vivi heads, but a bit shorter I think. Maybe someone made a mistake? Try the strange head in a CE5 if you have one.

But Robin, don't drop 1/3 of your nic in one hit if you're not sure! This is why DIY is great - drop 1mg/ml a month and you won't even notice the difference. I'm just in the process of dropping all my liquids down to 10mg/ml from 12mg/ml. Honestly, I hardly notice it. Going from 9 to 6 is a...

Protank on the Vamo, Protank on the K100, Tower RDA on the GG clone, and two 3TS on the Twists. I was watching TV the other night and wondering why my ADV was tasting like it was burning. It was... a little funky and I thought maybe I'd made a mistake with resistance or something. It took me...

Thanks Myrany! I have heard of that and it fleetingly crossed my mind but I thought that was a solution for another problem. I'll have another look and see if it will do the trick. The original 1.8 ohm coils are still OK but it's just a matter of time now. I'm a bit worried if I put these...

Myrany, are you screwing the K100 telescope together fully, until it stops? If you only screw them together just enough to make contact it's a very long throw on the button. I found if I screw it all the way to the stop the throw is a lot shorter and it became quite comfortable for me. I...

The EA appears to have a floating centre pin set in a nylon bush. This allows you to flush mount almost anything if you want. The KTS does not appear to have a floating or adjustable pin, and it's not mentioned in the description or in the feedback. I think I'd go with the EA based on that...

I discovered that the T3S original heads are 1mm longer than the Protank heads I have. I tried to change the T3S head for a Protank one and it misses sealing on the centre stem by about that amount. My nickers are feeling a bit ripped at the moment, because I though I was buying devices with...
