    Newbie from Australia :)

Plenty from Melbourne, Sydney, Brissy, Perth, and lots of other places too. Most of us hang out on the Aussie Vapers Forum, but many also lead dual lives.

    Too hot/harsh/painful

Bottom coil clearomisers do indeed give a cooler vape. Kanger get the most mentions - the Evod T3S and of course the Protank. There are also lots of clones and copies. If you find vaping painful, consider if you might have a sensitivity to PG. Someone else had this and I didn't realise that...

Introduction / Quick question ( Halo Triton Wick burns ) need help!

OK, just did a bit of quick research. The halo 650 mAh battery is unregulated, which means the output voltage will vary from 4.2 volts when freshly charged down to 3.3 volts when it is flat. I believe this is your problem. Firing say a 2.2 ohm coil on a fresh battery for too long may result...

Introduction / Quick question ( Halo Triton Wick burns ) need help!

No worries. I should have said welcome to ECF and congrats for getting off cigarettes too. Sometimes I just go straight for the technical details. ;-)

Introduction / Quick question ( Halo Triton Wick burns ) need help!

You can usually expect to get a week or two out of a head. It does vary, and in this case the main things that affect how long it lasts are: *coil resistance - Lower resistance will run hotter and produce more vapour *e-liquid - High VG juices and thick heavy juices will gunk up the coil...

Long shot..... Need ego charger Kathmandu Nepal

I found the nepal yellowpages. Not having much luck finding anything in there though: Nepal Yellow Pages- Your Local Search Engine Under "cigarettes & tobacco" there's some trading companies, but there's no saying they do anything with e-cigs

I really want some of their "Step Up Height Increaser". Promises to grow your height by up to 6 inches in as little as three months. Gee, it's only $80 too!

    I hesitate to post this...

No, there was a plastic thing that madvapes or someone was selling. I think a few others were mentioned as well. OK if you wanted to just try a cheap bottom feeder, but apparently did not survive the first drop onto a hard surface. When I was still sitting on the fence I was looking for...

My 1st post - Question on my next upgrade

You should not need an adapter, the VV V3 has ego threads on it already. You'd only need to use an ego adapter if the ego threads are not deep enough for some reason. I haven't heard of any issues.

    I hesitate to post this...

Good point. I don't think there's any direct Provari knockoff either, though they try to steal the name sometimes. Also good points about the cost of manufacture and profit margins. Tube mods can be knocked out by the bucket load on a CNC lathe by someone with very little skill or training...

Thoughts on the longevity of the MVP 2.0 a few questions from the worrying type :)

Brass is a better contact material than chrome. The chrome on the threads is incidental from when the whole part was chromed - it isn't really feasible to protect the threads from chroming. The chrome will be thinner on the valleys of the threads and should wear off in a few weeks, but most...

Thoughts on the longevity of the MVP 2.0 a few questions from the worrying type :)

Brassing on the threads is perfectly normal. As long as you are careful when you screw devices on and off it will last a long time. I've heard of people having the button cover come off but you don't know how many knocks and bangs it takes for that to happen. The life expectancy of good...
