    Another Nextel and Ecowool impression

Hi Jeni, you would need a very high resistant wire since its total length be very short, or you be running really, really low resistance.....can't even imagine how low it go. :)

1st Day Using Nextel XC-116 (1/32") Ceramic Rope

Right now my new puppy (got Monday) is taking up a lot of my time. Luckily he's asleep now so i have a chance to get here and post. I never actually read up much on ecowool other than whats posted here on the REOs forum but would like to hear about it more before starting a try (would be a...

1st Day Using Nextel XC-116 (1/32") Ceramic Rope

There initially was a couple reasons for this. First, was to it to be a mold so that the ceramic can stay in place alongside the outer perimeter of the RM2's floor. However I later learned, supertrunker had success w/o using the wire. Secondly, thinking that a flat piece of wire inside the...

1st Day Using Nextel XC-116 (1/32") Ceramic Rope

Still enjoying the vape on my 3rd build, extremely flavorful and good vapor production. I've been curious about those who have posted on other threads about ceramic's ability to absorb their juice being equivalent to cotton. I've not have such luck with my build. Lemme talk about this for a...

1st Day Using Nextel XC-116 (1/32") Ceramic Rope

Believe me until yesterday, I was in your camp on this....but found so little information on Google. So I take no offense since I'm not at all familiar with the physics of electricity. Typical numbnut in this field, and like you, I wish for a better understanding. In fact, I think yesterday...

1st Day Using Nextel XC-116 (1/32") Ceramic Rope

I first thought this to be true as well, but did research in this matter and found this (from an electrical engineering study site).....in a way it does make sense: Applications We saw that the more the electrical resistance of the wire the more the generated heat in the circuit but to know...

1st Day Using Nextel XC-116 (1/32") Ceramic Rope

Build #3 Definitely my best build to date. An additional step before wrapping the wick with wire was included with this build. On my previous build the wick inside the coil area looked to be too tightly wrapped, restricting juice capacity (not vapor production). To solve this problem I cut...

1st Day Using Nextel XC-116 (1/32") Ceramic Rope

Nice setup Jim, could you pass along the approx vapes per squonk you getting. Very happy to see that your wick (tail) is able to stay in place like that, maybe my wire inside the hollow core is unnecessary, I will give it a go in a future build. I'm into my third build already with mods to...

The REO Lounge - Part III

Some act like little girls during certain times......but will try to at least cut down on his analogs. Another friend has no interest, real bump on a log . Still single, never been married and no kids. No wonder he hasn't changed a bit from high school. +1 Jim, told him about some...

The REO Lounge - Part III

Lisa and Susie, I've been tryng for years to get him to pickup vaping (one of my buddies that belongs to our Sunday nite beer bust, high school classmate, his best man when he got married). Tried hard to get him to use a REO but like most newbies, couldn't justify the cost . He's...
