    There wouldn't have been any battle, I would not have stayed where people were allowed to smoke and I was not allowed to vape. I don't care who it was that asked I would not have made a scene I would just be gone.

    If RJ Reynolds has their way all of the B&M s will be shut down as well, they specifically mentioned them in their request, cited them as dangerous. Big Tobacco is now fighting for it's life and they are playing hard ball with enough money to make the government listen.

    And now they are trying to add all vape gear to a category listed as paraphernalia. The TN cops would love for this to happen and you can bet they would enforce it.

    And it gets worse, now RJ Reynolds is asking the FDA to ban all open equipment, anything that allows you to use your own juice. They want closed untamperable cartridges to be the only vape gear allowed. They specifically mention atomizers, mods, juice, and all parts of same. I'm not sure...
