OK, I am having the same exact problem. It wasn't my atty's!!! Disassembled the switch/ hex nut/spring to get to the spring which was fully compressed. We stretched the spring a little then reassembled. It worked for a bit then just quit working again.:cry::cry::cry: -

Okay my (2)3v. batts went dead so they are back on the charger. So I am trying the 3.7 volt option. Not having luck. The 901 atomizer won't fire up. The 801 I am barely getting any vapor. I am putting the batts in as instructions state for 3.7v option. What am I doing wrong???:confused: -

LOL, I just tried to do it on mine. Usually I'm pretty handy @ tinkering,lol. I successfully got the allen screw out and there was a fitting with the spring attached to it but I couldn't get it out all the way to gain access to the spring. I think the button cap on the top of the xhaler needs... -

The above sounds like it is the fix!! I'm sure this is what Drew will ahve you do. When you take off that black cap you can see the allen nut. I was tempted to take mine apart to try to help you but I'm skeered as mine is working fine. Just go slow. If you don't like how it's going put it back... -

Good to know doots! Yes, I am only doing 5v at the moment with 901 & shredded PTB. Working great! Yes, I notice I only need to draw for 2-3 seconds & I get a huge hit. Very easy draw too!:-D I think I'm going to wait a while to try 6v as I am perfectly happy at 5. -
