I just ordered one yesterday. Is it any more forgiving of oversquonking than the Hadaly? That is my only issue, Hadaly + silicone bottle + fat fingers = sticky everything [emoji849]

Thank you all for the birthday wishes [emoji3] It ended up being the usual, working way too long in what amounted to a 150 ton convection oven. Although I did manage to get some baby juggling in after I got done [emoji3][emoji3][emoji3]

We sure did. Apart from the lack of designated meat rubber, I did get to catch up with many old friends that I haven't seen in quite a while (plus all of the usual suspects) [emoji3]

They turned out especially well this year. The Evil One has a new prep plan (which worked out wonderfully). She found out a friend of ours was looking at getting a smoker of his own and so she "offered" him the opportunity to learn how to rub, cook and shred the meat. She got to keep her hands...
Speaking of pork, we had our annual camping trip this weekend. We brought the smoker up with us and did 72lbs of butts for the group (110ish folks).
