They turned out especially well this year. The Evil One has a new prep plan (which worked out wonderfully). She found out a friend of ours was looking at getting a smoker of his own and so she "offered" him the opportunity to learn how to rub, cook and shred the meat. Speaking of pork, we had our annual camping trip this weekend. We brought the smoker up with us and did 72lbs of butts for the group (110ish folks).
