I have one such pen and am not willing to dissect it but it sounds like someone put the design you guys are working on into effect. It is ink rather then juice but the fundamental idea is the same...     I have used both methods mentioned for cleaning out the wick material. Now that I have settled on one flavor I guess I'll try keeping the liquid and recycling... Prior to this time I have squeezed em out in a syringe, rinsed em in water and blotted dry on paper towel. Seems that it's (the wick)...
