    Oh, the flavor is called sour flavoring. The concentration is 20 percent (not sure what that means) 20% of malic acid in the bottle of flavoring?

    My shipping was 3.91 for 10> 13 ml. bottles. My shipping on 8> 4 ounce bottles was 11.59. My C.D.S. is still on back order :facepalm: I agree with you Rin13 on the coffee cake, it needs something a little different in it.

    All I do is bakery so my answer is a resounding YES you can! I'm not sure mixing fruity and bakery together works all that well but who knows? Of course listening to Hoosier is probably a better idea.........:unsure:

    It hasn't cracked mine nor has it created any problems with any equipment or longevity of atty's etc....in last 3 years nope sorry, I didn't think about that and I want to leave him alone now.....but I hope so! that would be great

    Contains 63% Propylene Glycol, 35% Vegetable Glycerin and 2% Artificial Flavor. I wonder what that 2% is? Anyone try this stuff?
