I asked this question ages ago, and got the same "taste is subjective" answer. I would try one juice you like from a vendor that offers several blends and see what works best for you. Personally I started at the std 80/20 or 70/30 range.. but now prefer 50/50.
I tried BWB, Vaprite and vermillion of the ones you listed and they weren't for me... although my BF really like the vaprite and none of these I thought sucked in terms of quality. I am picky and have struggled to find juice that works for me... have you tried Vaporstation VS4/RY4?
if you mean re-setting after trying a bunch of new ones, to see if I can go try some more with a fresh "palate", then I usualy go back to a tried and true vape for a few hours. Like VS tennessee. I know what it tastes like, I know I like it.. if it tastes "off" then I know my buds are over...

As soon as I got my lavatube, I loved it. It feels natural, perfect. SO easy to use. So many mods I have gotten require a "break in" period, where I learn its specific quirks. Not this baby. It has been spot on since I got it.
