    Both my lines work well on my Provari, just some fluctuation with the ohms which we know about , emonty will report back soon on the success of the needle and threading

    Emonty it a 1.2 mm needle you wrap the mesh tightly around and the mesh is 38 mm wide and the pic looks just right, go for it !!!

    I start it and use a hypodermic needle or a plastic coated paper clip to finish rolling with The needle has a pink connector on it

    This could be totally wrong but my GGTB wouldnt fire the atty , just a tiny bare spot and got hot and melted the spring, it was the plastic covering the battery, it had worn away on the top corner of the battery, it took some looking to see it

    dspin wasnt there some resistance wire being sold a while ago that was very irregular in its Dia , so it made crap coils ? And Nicrome wire is a slightly lower resistance for the same dia than Kanthal

    Ita a variable Vap, depends on the mesh dia after its rolled and how tight you wrap your coil, also the gap between the posts and the wraps add to your resistance, hope this helps

    I dont think the mesh acts as a straw, even with the top of the mesh pinched together the liquid comes through the mesh because by its nature its porous, and the 1.2 mm hole mod works well for me. Its not a one size fits all, and everybody tweaks rebuildable atties, its the nature of the beast :)

    It sounds like your mesh isnt oxidised properly if it works once its been used for a while on another mod
