From the "For what it's worth" dept. I disassembled one of the T-3's that won't work to see if I can devise a work around. The coil and wick were covered by a length of something that looked like string with a gelatinous cover on it. About the same length as the wick. Really weird. I'm going to...
Recently rec'd 2-T3's and 2 replacement coils from iVape.net. One works great and I love it. The other 3 heads do not have the internal eGo threads cut deeply enough to allow the center post to make contact. I have submitted a ticket at iVape and I will keep you all updated.
Prayers sent for...
Good Morning Friends, mm..I charge in pairs because I read it somewhere and I couldn't think of any reason not to. I try to remember to not leave my charger unattended when charging.
That comment about the pass thru burning got my attention. I never considered that before. I am going to do a...
Maximum battery life can be prolonged by NOT running the battery all the way down between charges. I also charge them in pairs and keep them in the same pairs. I'm using 8-18350's in rotation and so far they've lasted 6 months with no failures or other issues.
I vape just about everywhere but I try to be discreet. If you hold the vape in, it goes away. Nobody has said anything but I am 6-2, 250 and look like somebody took my dog.
Vape Mail Alert....This Is Not A Drill.
:vapor: T-3 FOR PRESIDENT :vapor:
Bestus vape I've had yet. Smooth, cool and bunch of vapor (DIY menthol no baccy)
It might be a real good idea for some of us to get away from burning things. I was reading a website last evening and filling a T2. I took the tip off of it and picked up the bottle. I then put the thing in my mouth and pushed the button. That menthol juice sure felt "cooling" in my chapped lips.
Tired of waiting for DV to get the T3's so I checked out IVAPE.net. I just ordered a couple to try them but they also have T2 coils 5/$5. Shipping for $27 order was < $3 and they shipped an hour after I ordered.
I have one of those extra fat Bic ball point pens and I'm considering making a mod out of it.
Hi Old Curmudgen and Welcome. The only thing I did differently was take my pack of cigs out of my pocket and put them out in my shop. I smoked less than 3 packs in a month and gave the last of an...
Hi jako...BTDT with the fusion L-3-5. Success rate has gone from 50% in the 70's to close to 100% now. I still have issues with L5-S1 and would get leg pain with smoker's cough. Not coughing now and doin' OK. Glad you're here.
Hi Red....when I was using cartomizers, I would boil them in distilled water to clean them. Caution: do not forget and let them burn dry.
Then I shook 'em like a thermometer and put them on a window sill to dry for a day.
<----------- I'm a pretty serious woodworker and it looks like Mike has the gene also. He did not round over those edges on a drill press :D
Welcome Big and all the others I've missed since my last post. Yes, there are many choices to be made but I'm here to tell you that you can try all kinds...
I've got 15-20 T2 LR heads that I rotate. The last cleaning was done with boiling tap water followed by a boiling distilled water rinse. I lay them out on a paper towel in a sunny window to dry. They're as good as new. They seem to last about 1.5 days and I vape a lot of menthol 60/40 12mg juice.
Yepper, dry hits are as bad as lighting the wrong end of a filtered analog...yecchhhh!!!
I think the wick (any length) not only brings juice to the coil, but acts like a "plug" to keep the air passage from flooding. I suspect some of the variances in performance are due to changes in juice...
I used to advise "survivalists" that it would be wiser to stock pile coffee, cigarettes and toilet paper than ammunition. If you have those 3, you can trade for ammo. Now I guess e-cigs, juice and solar chargers would be a good idea. Coffee and TP are still on the list.
