    My mother started taking melitonin. You can tell the days when she doesn't take it because she goes to bed at 11 and usually gets back up between 12:30 and 1am. When she does take it (about 10:30), she sleeps through the night.

    These are from my front gardens. I'm partial to wildflowers. Here are some black eye Susan's, cinemon daisys and some bluebells I've trained into a bush. There is a butterfly bush, but the catnip ilary have finished with it for now. It keeps me in butterflys most of the year.

    Non replacable one will last about two years with constant use. In an emergency, you can take them apart and wire in a new battery, but best to get replacable ones just in case. I like the ones that have replacable that can be charged in the mod best. You can have the best of both worlds that way.
