Rob, is noalox not used when the unit is first built? If not, this might improve upon initial first use etc....

No I have not used noalox, thought that would be used later on after the grand was used for a while and cleaning etc......

Hello all, Happy tday Rob, have a question for you. Seems as with my Grand that when I push the fire button sometimes it fires and other times not. Also, vape seems to be on and off (consistency). If I take the same LR atty off and use in a regular 510 mega battery the vape is better. Is this...

The above issue seems to be more of getting enough juice in the feed tube to maintaning just a casual push on the bottle to wet atty as opposed to pressing/holding down the bottle and hoping juice will eventually creep up the tube to wet atty. Seems as though once a good vacuum is established...

Hi Rob, Problem is getting the feed tube primed so that excessive pushing is not necessary to wet atty. I did thin juice a little but not the case.

Hi Rob & good morning. Problem is juice is not feeding properly/lack of and having to squeeze bottle excessively to feed atty.

I think I have the remedy and here is my experience for initial bottle installation feed priming. Insert new bottle of juice at least half full. Don't tighten cap tight but almost snug. Gently squeeze the bottle so that visually you see juice feeding up tube. As juice gets to top of feed tube...

I managed to get on the site after a few tries. Site must have been inundated with folks trying to order. Almost thought it was a no go and finally got on and just clicked any color scheme. I concluded my order with Black Gold. At the time of ordering I was on a business call that I could not...

I tried to order friday 10/22/10 at exactly 5pm pacific - refreshing screen etc for 15 minutes with no change "out of stock". I posted to my account on his site requesting to place an order and emailed as well with no response as of yet. Ryan must be on vacation.....
