    ....aaaaaaaand just read this. Did you go all the way to brass before painting? With 1200 I would imagine that would take forever if so. 1200 wouldn't roughen it up too much. More of a polishing grit on metal in my experience. It could get through the plating, but it would take some patience.

    It's the one with the miniature pinprick hole. There is nothing that would fit in there that would provide enough torque to move it at all. A piece of Kanthal barely fits. I also want to move it around 40 degrees. It's currently going into the rim of the atomizer cup.
