    Robert T is correct... The coil needs to be up against the wick. Try rolling the coil on a 14 gauge hypodermic needle first then slide it on the wick, or just wrap the coil right on the wick and then slide it up like Dan shows in his YouTube video.

    The tank fits over the top of the wick upside down. Yes, it will work on an eGo battery, just don't use too low of an Ohm coil.
