    You didn't mention what you initially plugged it into. A 1 amp adapter won't work. Neither will trying to run it off a charger. I run mine off their 2 amp AC to USB adapter and it works well. If you've tried that and you're still having problems I'd open a ticket with them.

    Switched, thanks for posting this. The FDA needs to be sued for egregious waste of taxpapyer dollars. Not to mention the legal fees of the companies who keep having to defend themselves. Something along those lines or the FDA will keep appealing based upon new grounds until they win.
