    I'm with the don't-beat-yourself-up crowd. So you had a few, no big deal. Might just be that you need to up your nic level a bit. Even if you used to only smoked a pack a day before you made the switch you've already avoided 3,300 in the last 5.5 months. Yay You!

    Congrats jsm! I just love open-minded people. With all the presentations you'll need to do in various classes over the years CASAA is a great place to get info if you're up for educating more people on the subject, too.

    Might not hurt to empathize with your wife for a second. Imagine if her favorite thing was knitting potholders. I have no idea what that's all about but imagine if you had to listen to how many stitches it took to do this thing, or how beautiful this yarn color and feel is opposed to that one...
