My two cents: slightly depressing the spring is not likely to wear it out that much sooner, but if it does shorten its lifespan, the cost is $4 for the spring on SuperT website. I leave mine standing on end all the time.
I want to see that blue, I thought about custom ordering a different blue but decided the stock one suited me fine. You can't have my Hitchhiker tank, you will have to get your own. But I am great dreaming up ideas for them. I'll send you further info on the tanks via PM.
I posted a review in the review section about my P+ 18350. Brief version: unbelievably well made, horribly expensive, and has necessary compromises due to having small battery.

PrecisePlus 18350 Review
I am reviewing the P+ with the Cartomator tank together since they integrate so well.
I posted the following critera for a mod in a previous post when I was shopping. The P+ was the winner after considerable deliberation despite it totally failing the last...
Infinity Pro Review
Note: I tend to be very critical in my review of anything, keep that perspective in mind as you read this review. Review is based upon about 5 weeks of use.
The Infinity Pro is a good contender in the variable voltage market largely due to its $99 price (w/o any...
I never wanted a provari, but the mini is really tempting. It is only about 0.6" longer than my PrecisePlus using the same battery and the P+ is a purely mechanic 3.7V mod. 0.6 is a long ways when you are talking about 3" mods but still impressive that they can fit the circuitry in such a small...
You're boring this insomniac. Not really, I'm a computer geek, but the closest I ever got to drawing on the computer was editing Photoshop and an Autocad class I took.
Total of 18 hours sleep this week, need some serious readjustment of my meds.
It tastes really good particularly mixed with a fruit. I seem to be getting used to it, perhaps it just has something in it that is just different and my body had to acclimatize.
Show and tell: my SaberTouch Varivolt HP Thunda Texta Blue with Racing Strips
Hits like a champ!!! Mine sports a space age sandblasted Phyniac Tank which is just out of this world.
What would it entail if I wanted to change end caps to powdercoat, and perhaps order passthrough option at the same time?
Enough to have problems making up my mind, but can't make up my mind even after I bought it, lol.
+1 Looked at the specs, it is 3.48" long, that is about as small as you are ever going to get a VV tube mod. With the 18350 you will have to carry a spare battery, but that is not a big deal.
If I knew you could complete the circuit using a stainless steel drip tip I might have gone with the powder coated end caps. It is pretty cool that you can use it as a "semi-automatic" mod. At the time I didn't want to be limited in my hand positions by the PC caps.
A number of times I've...
I was looking at the passthrough option and I'm not 100% sure I am reading it all correctly. Is this correct for my Saber VV? I would need an AC Adaptor ($33), passthrough cap ($22), turned nickel caps ($5), for total of $60. And do these ship out any faster than the SaberTouch.
I was going to stop posting these pictures, although it is hard, I love my new SaberTouch. This is the variable volt version and I do not have the passthrough option although I may very well pick it up eventually.
I'll make my post simple and I may repeat something above as it was too long for me to read. Most VV tube mods are too long to fit well in a pocket. I chose to go with a 3.7 mod myself for my "on the go" mod. See both my mods in my signature. But a box mod may be just as big but its shape makes...
The ultimate atomizer: HH.357 from Avid Vapors.
The Cisco attys from the same site are really good. HH.357 is a hybrid (306/510), the Ciscos come in both flavors. The bridgeless versions are made for direct dripping.
My opinion is probably worthless, I prefer cartos, lol
