Depends on how many customers they lost sales to because said customers bought counterfeits from B&Ms thinking they were authentic Hanas. As many vapers as we have online there are still a huge number of uninformed ones out there who make easy targets.
It deters other shops from carrying the counterfeits and that is the point of the suit. China would never pay the settlement anyways if they had been the defendant, but now you most likely see a lot fewer one to one counterfeits.
When have you seen a list of all the ingredients in cigarettes? The FDA has the list for each brand but they aren't public knowledge because they are considered proprietary trade secrets. So give the FDA control and you'll likely know less about what is in your juice than you do now.
