In a related note. I sometimes watch the show on hgtv where the Guy fixes up peoples rental spaces. He said he goes out and looks inside their car when they are filling out app. Says he finds it an indicator of how they will upkeep the house by how clean they keep the inside of their vehicles.

Just a note on the flea traps. I wouldn't recommend candles with the fire risk. You just need the heat, lightbulbs in something will work. I have a couple of the regular flea traps and its basically a lightbulb over a glue sheet.
