    Oh man, Beautiful steaks. We had a houseful for the girls Birthday, so orders were from rare, to medium rare, to medium, medium well and well and it all turned out perfect! Along with smoked mushrooms, asparagus etc. Wonderful meal. I hope your chicken salad and bacon melts turned out as well...
