    That's awesome mate, she sounds like a good find. So with the wild yeasts, how do you encourage their growth? Fruit peel or something? I would be game to try it. I like my packets of s04 or the half decent ale yeasts that come in the higher end cans.

    Yer my missus didn't flinch when I bought the setup. Until I decided I needed 200 bottles. Hahaha. It is good to have a woman who can appreciate a man who brews. She liked my cider and lemonade, but ain't a fan of beer. I'm the opposite.
