    How do I "prime" an atty and why?

    I can never see a red glow on mine when I've tried the dry burn. The atty fills with smoke before then. I've been using the same 4 attys since I started this adventure and have only ever cleaned mine in grain alcohol (soaking for a couple of hours, blow out excess, sit to dry).

    I can't seem to find it on the litecig site. I saw they have "cola" but this bottle specifically says 'pepsi" and I'd worry they wouldn't be the same. Does anyone know for sure??     This is exactly what I do. I've been rotating the same 4 attys for about 140 days? (or whatever it says in my sig line) The GA cleans well, dries ASAP and leaves no nasty aftertaste.

    I'm wondering if anyone has tried using those little round screens you can buy at a head shop? You know the ones that go into a water ..../pipe?:D No I don't smoke pot (anymore:p ), but I'd bet that if you cut one to size, opened up the mesh a bit and cozied it down in there, it would work...

    Wouldn't it work better to rinse them in grain alcohol instead of water after the mouthwash soak ? The GA evaporates much faster than water and would therefore seem to require much less "sitting to dry". I'd also think it would clean out the mouthwash taste better.
