I, along with 10,000 brewers, sympathize. When my brewhouse ran on propane, I had 4 tanks just because of that, all labeled. I'm running nat.gas now on a dedicated line, but I still have 2 of my tanks for a backup burner.

Yeah, the Stealth finish is a lot tougher than the regular black. I've been beating the hell out of my Stealth mini for 9 months or so & I still don't have the wear around the teardrops yet.
