@Nancy: I got ya! It seems to be easier for some...they vape and they're done with cigarettes....case closed. I wish that had happened for me, but it didn't. I don't know if it is a lack of commitment or if addiction is just different for each individual. Maybe affects our brains...- frankie1

It is called "harm reduction" right? I have not completely given up the stinkies either. I live with a smoker and cigarettes are part of the fabric of our lives. Every day for the past 39 years at the end of the day, we sit down and have a cigarette (or several actually) and a cup of coffee...- frankie1
