    Are you using snus? Your signature line says you are smoke free since 2009. Are you still having problems with cravings? I am just curious why you tried the WTA. I have had problems with just the regular nic liquid so I am hoping the WTA will help get me completely off cigarettes.

    I overfilled a BUD carto today and blew it out. The stuff that came out was vary dark....much darker than anything I have put in it. I pulled out the stuffing (ruined the carto, BTW) rinsed it and it was white after the rinse. Any idea what the dark stuff was?

    I have done that as well. Thank goodness it isn't very often! Many years ago when I would get up in the middle of the night with the babies, I would smoke a cigarette in order to wake myself up enough to take care of them. I always thought that's why I would sometime wake up and crave a smoke.
