I think it's one of those things where either you can or you can't (like rolling/curling your tongue). I don't think there's any learning. I've tried :facepalm:

Thanks FV. I think if I get back into working out like I used to and firm up a bit and shrink my waistline a little, I will feel better even if my weight doesn't shift much. I stopped working out and put on a little weight, but it all went on as fat while I lost lean muscle mass, and I'm not...
I got down to 170 at my lowest which put me at -108. I'm around 185 now and would prefer to be about 140 :glare: I'm only 5'2" so at 185 I'm still considered obese :glare: oh and on the 28th of this month, I will be 4 years out
