I don't have a meter either, but my coils are pretty consistent (I use dual coils). I just found what length works for me, and make it basically the same each time. It's not 100% the same, but always in the range of what I like... and I don't measure either, I use my thumb as a measuring device :P -

Option 2... I'm with Sam on all thoughts, one of the big reasons I went with mods is that I can grab batteries anywhere, even if Imeo stops making new devices I can get batteries (and wick, and wire...). As I've said a few times before, IMO regulated is all that matters, a stead 3.6v is perfect... -

Oh, I do agree. I'm just saying that if the size issue can't be handled (currently, things always improve in time), it might be possible with a smaller feature set. Variable Voltage is more complex than regulated, so switching back to the original design of regulated might allow for smaller... -

What's the problem with the electronics? If it's the VV part, I'd be fine with just regulated to 3.7v... since we make our own coils, there's your variable wattage :P -

That's what I thought it was, there are a couple ways to do things when it comes to resolution. You can either just let it do whatever it wants (which means things might not look right), force it to take one size and put a colored background around it (which seems to be what is going on here)...- Valsacar

All cart systems work the same way, at least for any company that actually does a decent amount of sales. The reasons are as juicyjunky stated, there's no other way. Besides that, you couldn't have bought from Bruce anyway, try looking for a supplier that can sell GG items to the UK. -

Since no one has said it, I feel the need to point out that stacking batteries can be dangerous. Every case reported to us of a mod exploding or venting hot gas due to a battery failure has been in the case of stacked batteries. Be careful. -

Sounds like slightly too loose of a coil, high TH and metallic taste are exactly what I get when that happens. Dry burn it, with just the base connected, coil should be nice and red/orange. While it's burning turn it around and look at the wick from different angles, if you see a loop anywhere... -
