    LOL - thanks for the tip, Smokum. Funny enough, I thought I HAD ordered a bridgeless atty in this last order to try. Realized it was the V510 I ordered though and am majorly impressed by it as well. Also a juice pig, lol. Will add that atty to my wish list though for next time.

    Okay ... now I'm really confused. The way I read that description is that it would adapt a KR808 battery so that you could add a 510 atty (for example). The one I got fits the right way so that I can screw the 808 carto on to my Ego battery - it just doesn't fire up.

    Thanks, Bigwave. I'll give that a try. Also ... it looks like the VV battery issue might be a simple fix as well. Just waiting to hear from someone else about it. I'll post on the other thread when I find out because, other than that, I am really loving being able to up the ante on the volts.

    It's these ... V510 Vision 1.2ml Long Life Clearomizer The picture is really pretty lousy but basically a mini-me Extreme Vision. Except that it just simply works exactly like it is supposed to right off the get go. Doesn't even appear to need any breaking in period, no modding ... just works...

    Finally bit the bullet and ordered the KSD Ego VV. Got my package in the mail today, charged it up, set it to the middle setting and put a freshly filled Kanger on it ... OMG! What a difference! The flavor is now really amazing! Vapor and TH are a given but the flavor is so much more enhanced...

    Thanks for letting me know that yours works fine, Traver. Never thought it might be the carto. I'll fill another one and try again. I'll probably find out it's something really stupid that I'm doing but ... on the other hand ... there is only one way to screw that adaptor on the Ego battery!

    Okay - maybe I grossly misunderstood what I thought I was ordering. Ordered a 510-801 adaptor to attach to my Ego batts so that I could order the Kanger 808 cartos (seeing as how the 510 Kangers were out of stock). Got it today, filled a Kanger carto, screwed everything together and ... nothing...

    Boge 2.0 too airy on my ego

    Don't know if you have ever tried the Kanger horizontals but I had the same experience with the Boges. Just too 'airy' of a draw for my liking - never felt like I was getting a good vape or TH with them. IMHO Kangers are a much better choice.

    A Mod tragedy I think everyone should know about ...

    My God, what a horrible thing to happen. Regardless of who or what is at fault, that was a life-altering tragedy. Sure hope he comes out of this okay both physically and psychologically. A good reminder to all of us to never take these things for granted.
